abstract: Il saggio analizza attraverso un excursus storico le modalità di rappresentazione del paesaggio nelle diverse tecniche cartografiche. L'autore passa in rassegna alcuni esempi sottolineando come ogni sguardo e ogni approccio riproduttivo operi una selezione e disponga il testo secondo una logica narrativa.
